SHIPPING POLICY
We are pleased to offer two options for you to receive your order:

1. Via UPSP priority mail. As each item is custom-made - please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

2. Store pick-up. You are welcome to stop by the store any time after you receive notification to pick up your order in person. We are located in the Elmwood Business Park at:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As all of our products are custom-designed we do not offer a set return or exchange policy. That being said, our goal is to provide beautiful products and outstanding customer service so if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us and let us know and we'll do whatever we can to make it right!
