Do you have a shop or store front?

Yes! My shop is in the Elmwood Business Park at: 5720 Heebe Street Harahan, LA 70123 and I have a showroom with everything I keep in stock on display. You are welcome to come anytime! Hours of Operation: M-Th: 9:00-5:00 Fri: 9:00-4:00
What is your typical turnaround time?

Being that every item I create is personalized and custom to the order, I need at least 2 1/2 weeks. During my busy seasons such as: Mardi Gras, Back to School, Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas - expect a 3 1/2 week turnaround.
Are there certain hours I can come by?

I am at my shop Monday - Thursday from 9:00ish - 5:00ish and most Fridays 9:00-4:00pm. Some days I get in earlier, some days later. Just depends, feel free to text me to double check: 504.733.0896.
Can I bring my own items to monogram?

YES! I would love to personalize something you provide. Sometimes this ends up being my favorite monograms!
Am I limited to ordering only what you post?

Do you do company logos?

YES! The majority of my business is corporate based embroidery. I have companies that have 4 employees but have other companies with over 200 employees. I can provide a wide range of items for almost any business. Let me know what you need!
